About Dr Zoë Harcombe

Dr Zoë Harcombe is a Cambridge University graduate with a BA and MA in economics and maths, and a PhD in public health nutrition. She has published several books on diet and health, including Stop Counting Calories & Start Losing Weight (2008), The Obesity Epidemic (2010) and The Harcombe Diet: Three Step Plan (2013), as well as academic papers challenging accepted public health dietary advice. She has also written for numerous magazines and most national newspapers, along with writing her diet and nutrition blog, zoeharcombe.com.
